Job Overview
SiteServ is seeking an experienced Industrial Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffolding operations across industrial construction and maintenance projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffold erection and dismantling activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate daily work schedules.
- Inspect scaffolding structures.
- Lead site crews and monitor productivity.
- Maintain project documentation.
Qualifications
- Certified Scaffolding Supervisor.
- 5+ years of industrial scaffolding experience.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Power Generation projects preferred.
